The PDF to PDF/A Converter first analyzes the input file and then converts it to the highest possible level of conformity. Optionally, it can also analyze the output document.
Optimization and Repairs
PDF to PDF/A Converter embeds and optimizes missing fonts, creates suitable color profiles, removes prohibited and unnecessary content and adds needed ones where possible. It also reformats the file and performs secure repairs.
Authenticity and Integrity
Ensure the authenticity and integrity of archived documents by applying an advanced electronic corporate signature or personal Qualified Electronic Signature (QES). Keep the digital signature verifiable in the long-term by adding a time stamp and revocation information.
