If you encounter an issue with your Pdftools product:

  • Search the product documentation with the error code or message.
  • Check if a newer version of the software is available in the My PDF Tools Portal.
  • If this does not solve your issue, contact Pdftools Technical Support.

What do I need to include in my support case?​

When you open a support case, indicate:

  • The product affected.
  • The version installed.
  • Any support logs (if available).
